Cancellations
If withdrawal from a competition or clinic is made due to unforeseen circumstances, your fee will be carried over to be used at another date. If this happens more than once, it is at the clubs discretion as to whether or not a refund can be issued.
Please note, if the club cancels or postpones the event or clinic due to adverse weather or conditions, full refund will be issued or credit will be carried over.
