If you need to cancel your place on a clinic you have entered after the closing date for entries, refunds will only be given if your place can be filled .
If you need to cancel your entry for a competition after the closing date for entries, your entry fee will be forfeited.
If met office have issued a weather warning for the day on an event, the committee will review the weather forecast the day before the event and make a decision as to whether the event is to take place. Any entries withdrawn by members due to weather, where the committee has decided to continue to run the event, the normal cancellation policy will apply
